To enrol in any Honey Academy course, you must:
Be at least 16 years old (or the legal training age in your country)
Have the ability to follow professional treatment instructions
Confirm with your insurance provider that you meet their requirements
It is your responsibility to check insurance eligibility before purchasing.
Honey Academy is not responsible for denied insurance or accreditation issues due to personal circumstances.
3. Payments, Pricing & Discounts
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at checkout.
We may adjust pricing at any time.
Discounts/codes cannot be applied after the purchase is made.
Installment options (if offered) must be completed in full.
4. Non-Refundable Digital Products

For that reason:
All sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, the sale cannot be reversed.

6. Certification & Case Studies
Certificates are issued only when:
All course modules are completed

Certificates:
Must not be edited, altered or misrepresented

You will use professional-grade products as recommended.
You understand that Honey Academy cannot be held liable for treatment errors.
We are not responsible for:
Injuries or reactions caused by technique or product misuse
Allergic reactions due to ignored patch testing
Client claims, complaints or damage
Poor results due to not following instructions correctly
8. Intellectual Property (VERY IMPORTANT)
All Honey Academy content is fully protected by copyright law.
You are NOT permitted to:
Share course login details
Distribute or resell any training materials
Copy, screenshot or record course videos
Upload manuals or PDFs to any other site
Use course content to create your own training
Teach the techniques as your own course
Reproduce any illustrations, layouts, or written content
Legal action will be taken if Honey Academy materials are shared or used without permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use our content for:
Sharing with friends, family or other beauty professionals
Creating your own training manuals or courses
Reverse engineering or replicating our content
Misleading others about your certification level
Any misuse will result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.
10. Technical Support
We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee:

Compatibility with all devices
That all files will work on every system
We will provide reasonable support to resolve issues where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey Academy is not liable for:
Loss of income
Client disputes
Business interruption
Allergic reactions
Over-processing or treatment errors
Any indirect or consequential damages
